My name is Carlos T. Acosta Pérez. I'm a Puerto Rican native with a Bachelor's in Environmental Design from the University of
Puerto Rico and an M.Arch Graduate from Pratt Institute. Currently, I'm living in New York City & an Adjunct Faculty Visiting Professor at NYIT School of Architecture. My approach to architecture and design generally focuses on speculating and questioning the purpose of the artifacts and spaces surrounding us, using alternative materials and fabrication methods that better reflect on being environmentally responsive and adaptable.

Sypnopsis:
A case study between automated and human interaction parting from a prototype form that’s then processed to mutate and hybridize on itself to develop a sense of space. Resulting in bended minimal surfaces that obtain a continuous interaction between floor and the envelope of the building.
